What is a Hookah
The Far East has provided the world with an endless amount of cultural, scientific and religious advancement or heritage; one of which is a “Hookah”. It is through the “Hookah” that a person can enjoy the taste and pleasure that provides smoking herbal fruits; this eastern pipe works with water filtration and indirect heat to produce the smoke that is then aspired by the smokers enjoying any of the many tastes that are available.
The “Hookah” pipe is comprised by five basic elements; of these four are required for operation, even if only the basic operation. Bowl, Hose, the Gasket which is the basic place for the hose, ice or even for the ventilation that will release the smoke into the room where the “Hookah” is placed; this is highly functional when it is a group of friends gathered around and they do not want to spend additional time swapping the hose smoking in turns.
Operation of the “Hookah” is simple and basic; when a smoker inhales through the hose, he or she forces air through the ignited charcoal at the top of the “Hookah” where it is roasting whatever herbs are used and through the water the smoke then creates a vacuum that keeps on sucking air allowing the user to smoke.
